Pricing questions

What does the $100 setup fee cover?+

The setup fee covers the time it takes to build and configure your AI front desk — training Alexis on your business, services, availability, customer questions, scheduling rules, and call flow. It's a one-time fee. You never pay it again as long as you stay subscribed.

Are there any per-call fees?+

No — never any per-minute or per-call charges. The standard $350/month plan includes up to 200 calls answered by Alexis. Businesses with more than 200 calls a month move to our High Volume plan, priced with a custom flat rate for your volume — still no usage-based billing.

What if I cancel?+

You can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. The $100 setup fee is non-refundable once your system is built. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the following month.

Is $350/month worth it?+

If your average job is $500 or more, you need to capture one extra missed call per month to break even. Most tradesmen miss several calls a week. The math works itself out quickly.
