Privacy Policy

We collect information in two ways — directly from you and automatically through our service.

From clients (tradesmen) during onboarding:

• Business name, owner name, phone number, and email address
• Business city, province, and trade type
• Service areas, availability, and booking preferences
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

From callers (your customers) through the FetchLine AI front desk:

• Name, phone number, and address
• Description of the job or service needed
• Preferred appointment time

We use the information we collect to:

• Set up and operate your FetchLine AI front desk
• Route calls, qualify leads, and book appointments on your behalf
• Send you SMS notifications when a job is booked
• Process your monthly subscription payment
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
• Improve the quality of our AI and service over time

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate FetchLine, including payment processing, CRM, and AI voice services. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually required to keep it confidential.

We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Calls handled by the FetchLine AI front desk may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and troubleshooting purposes. By using FetchLine, you agree to notify your callers that calls may be recorded, as required under Canadian law.

Call recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to FetchLine staff for service improvement purposes. They are not shared with third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before permanently deleting it, unless required by law to keep it longer.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@fetchline.ca.

Under PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for how we use your data
• Request deletion of your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@fetchline.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

FetchLine uses essential technologies required for the website to function. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand website usage and improve our marketing. Optional tracking is not activated unless you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. You may decline optional tracking and continue using the website normally.

FetchLine is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our service, please contact us at hello@fetchline.ca and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
