Calls handled by the FetchLine AI front desk may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and troubleshooting purposes. By using FetchLine, you agree to notify your callers that calls may be recorded, as required under Canadian law.
Call recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to FetchLine staff for service improvement purposes. They are not shared with third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before permanently deleting it, unless required by law to keep it longer.

FetchLine uses essential technologies required for the website to function. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand website usage and improve our marketing. Optional tracking is not activated unless you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. You may decline optional tracking and continue using the website normally.
FetchLine is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our service, please contact us at hello@fetchline.ca and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
